Living Faith Apostolic Ministries is comprised of:
MiraCit Development Corporation, Inc. is the Community Development arm of Living Faith Apostolic Church. Dr. Posey has followed a God-breathed and God-directed vision and, for the past 15+ years, has spearheaded much needed change and revitalization in Columbus, Ohio’s Mock Road community and surrounding areas.
The development corporation has spawned magnificient development projects and accomplishments
that include:
- several new home subdivisions of both upscale and affordable housing;
- Columbus, Ohio’s first “Green” community which offers 15-year tax abatement and downpayment
assistance;
- a K-12 Community School;
- a 45-Unit Seniors Facility;
- and, currently under construction, a 74-unit, low-income tax credit housing project for seniors;
- Park revitalization that includes several locatons;
- a daycare facility;
- acquisition of and currently renovating a 46,000 square foot commercial plaza
- and there is much more to come!
